These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, games, applications, and related services operated by E11 Prime Tech Pty Ltd (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the Services under the laws of your country (and under any age rating shown for a specific product). If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.
Accounts and Sign in with Apple
Some Services may require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. If you use Sign in with Apple, your use of that feature is also subject to Apple’s terms and policies. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe present a security, legal, or operational risk.
Licence to use the Services
Subject to these Terms, E11prime grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless a specific product states otherwise). You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except where applicable law expressly allows it or we give written permission.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms are handled by those platforms. Their billing, refund, and subscription rules apply in addition to these Terms. Virtual items or content have no real-world cash value unless required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or in a way that harms others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Cheat, exploit bugs maliciously, or automate gameplay or access in unsupported ways
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Upload or transmit malware or harmful content
Intellectual property
The Services, including software, artwork, text, trademarks, and other content, are owned by E11prime or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “E11prime” and related marks are trademarks of E11 Prime Tech Pty Ltd. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you.
User feedback
If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant E11prime a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback without obligation to you.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of how we operate the Services.
Third-party services
The Services may depend on or link to third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. E11prime does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E11prime and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupply of the Services or the cost of resupply, at our option, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue a product. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms unless applicable law requires a different process.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Australia will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have in your place of residence.
